Mission
Independent Polish hotels sit at a hard crossroads. Their booking-engine and channel-management technology (Profitroom Suite, in most cases we care about) is competitive with anything the big chains use, but the add-on ecosystem around it in Poland is thin. Global vendors don't build Polish-VAT-native modules; Polish-language vendors don't build to Profitroom's depth. We fill that gap. Our mission is to make the fully-loaded Profitroom stack for a Polish independent hotel as competitive as anything a Marriott or Radisson can deploy.
How we got here
Suite Profit was founded in Warsaw in June 2018 by Marta Zawadzka and Piotr Lewandowski. Marta spent seven years at Profitroom selling into the Central European market; her frustration was that hoteliers kept asking for the same three or four modules that Profitroom would never build itself, either because they weren't a strategic priority or because they were too Polish-market-specific. Piotr came out of Booking.com's engineering team in Amsterdam — his frustration was watching independent hotels lose share to the OTAs simply because their technology wasn't automated.
The first module we shipped was the VAT Invoice Automation product, in October 2018. Autopricer followed in early 2019. WhatsApp Concierge came out of a customer request in 2021 — we prototyped in six weeks and it's been the fastest-growing module every year since. As of Q3 2026 we have 10 modules in production and 47 published version releases on the changelog.
The team
We are 24 people. Half the team is in Warsaw, working out of the office at Marszałkowska 89. The other half is distributed across Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań. We hire in Poland only — every employee is Polish tax-resident and every full-time role is on a Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę). Team makeup: 11 engineers, 4 onboarders, 3 account managers, 2 designers, 1 accountant, 1 finance controller, 1 head of ops, and the two founders.

Marta Zawadzka — CEO
Ex Profitroom (2011–2018). Runs sales, onboarding and everything customer-facing. Warsaw-based.

Piotr Lewandowski — CTO
Ex Booking.com engineering (2013–2018). Runs product, engineering and reliability. Splits time between Warsaw and Kraków.

Aleksandra Kwiatkowska — Head of Ops & DPO
Runs finance, legal, GDPR compliance and vendor management. Also our named Data Protection Officer.

Jakub Kowalczyk — Head of Onboarding
Runs the four-person onboarding team. Ex GM at a Kraków boutique — the customer perspective inside our team.
Values
- Honest about what we don't do. We don't build for Cloudbeds, Mews or SiteMinder. We say so on every comparison page.
- Human onboarding. Every module includes 30 days of human onboarding. No self-serve, no chatbots.
- Polish invoicing, done right. KSeF-ready, JPK-native, MPP-aware. It's a competence, not a checkbox.
- Bootstrapped and profitable. No investor pressure to grow at any cost. We can turn away a customer that's a bad fit.
- Data in the EU. AWS Frankfurt, single region, no US replicas.
